SCAM SITE IS

The help desk personnel did nothing to answer my questions, or resolve my issue. I will no longer use this company to purchase my airline tickets. The agent wasn’t very knowledgeable on company policies. With the question that I asked it would have been more beneficial if someone above the agent intervened. Overall horrible experience contacting customer service, complete waste of time.


Also this company does not offer refunds, it is a complete scam!!! Even top airlines allow refunds within 24hrs of purchase. I found a cheaper flight on the actual airline site, and asked for a price match. Kiwi agent responded with a copied and paste message about their refund policy. Total scam site DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HERE

Do Not Book with this Company

Do Not Book with this Company. Avoid. I booked flights for my cousin costing £687.28 on16/09/22. I urgently needed to contact KIWI for a query regarding the flights but they don't display their phone number on the website, you have to go to chatbot to find it. I clicked cancel in error trying to find their phone number. This was genuine error, they have kept all the money i paid for the flights I have rang several times, messaged etc, they will not help at all. Offered me £8.72 credit towards future booking with them. Avoid or you will be sorry. The company deserves to be shut down. They earn over 1 billion a year but won't display their phone number on their website or offer any help or assistance.

Kiwi kept my refund from airlines

The airline delayed my flight 3x due to the fires around Reno. I had to get home for work so I called American who refunded me for my flight. Kiwi never refunded my credit card and kept the refunded money. They are scam artists and I wish I would have viewed these reviews before going through them.

Greedy on-line platform with Support…

Greedy on-line platform with Support staff without empathy or any sence of service for stranded passenger (last minute cancellation from WizzAir - got stuck in Sarajevo) they sound like empty headed parrots repeating themself without understanding the real world of travelling. I would not recommend them - other digital platforms have support staff with initiative.

Do NOT use this service!

Do NOT use this service! I booked with them and one of my flights never received any funds from them so I had to pay that airline again.

When I asked for a refund, they stupidly tried to cancel all my return flights - and despite talking with customer service, they said “there’s nothing they could do.” They never refunded me for paying twice, and I was super civil talking with their customer reps but it was like talking to robots.

They’re unhelpful, and quite frankly, they stole money from me.

So please save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service, you need to stick to one agent as far as possible for all text chat. Refunds were impossible! If I had booked direct with the airline I could have moved flights easily, but ended up having to pay twice. Worst experience of an online agent ever and I won’t be using again.

Don't believe the awful reviews

Booked through skyscanner for non code linked flight to Warsaw. Got a bit worried after seeing some of the reviews..everything smooth and even done the booking for us where online check in available. Lose a point for being uncontactable by phone.

Scam..don't use kiwi service

Don't again don't use kiwi service to book your flight. They cancelled my flight 10 hours before departure and made me to pay additional to book alternative. They don't disclose baggage policy while booking. Now they telling me I can't carry my regular baggage because connecting flight have different baggage policy. Why don't you tell that customer before even booking. They are just scamming customers. Worst customer service. Don't book with kiwi, you will regret.

This is the first time I use Kiwi.com …

This is the first time I use Kiwi.com so I didn't know what to expect but I must say I am very happy with my experience.
The flight I bought got cancelled and after calling the customer support they found an alternative for me for no extra cost, I just had to pay extra £8 to be able to use the phone support. The passengers that booked a flight with the plane company directly did not have that option, they were told to come back after 5 days when they had another flight for that destination.

Honestly can’t thank them enough

Honestly can’t thank them enough. Booked flights with Ryanair (playing with fire already). Kept informed all the way, received our boarding passes the day prior.

Flight was delayed when we arrived at the airport. Kiwi kept us updated more than Ryanair at the airport.
